Welcome, and thank you for your interest in becoming a founding affiliate for Digital Learning Academy LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We’re excited to collaborate with passionate professionals like you to help share our tools and resources with the world.
Please read these Affiliate Terms and Conditions carefully. By applying to and participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:
You must be 18 years or older and have the legal right to represent yourself or your business. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
As a founding affiliate, you will earn 50% commission on the net sales price of eligible purchases made through your unique affiliate link.
Affiliate tracking is managed through Thinkific. Cookies are active for 30 days from the user’s first click. If the customer purchases within that time, and no other affiliate link has overridden yours, the sale will be credited to you.
Commissions are paid monthly, within 14 days after the end of each month (e.g., by the 14th of the following month).
You are responsible for reporting your income and paying any applicable taxes. Approved affiliates will be asked to complete tax forms (W9) prior to receiving commissions.
We encourage you to share Digital Learning Academy digital products in ways that are aligned with your personal brand and values. We’ll provide swipe copy and graphics to help you get started.

We reserve the right to update these guidelines and expect compliance with any new terms provided.
We may terminate your affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination may include unethical behavior, brand misrepresentation, or violation of any part of these terms.
Digital Learning Academy LLC makes no guarantees regarding income or sales. Your results will depend on your audience, effort, and promotional strategy. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected commissions due to technical errors, fraud, or policy violations.
We may update these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes, and your continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
